My career experience in a nutshell…

I’ve been where you are.

Driven by ambition, navigating the highs of productivity and the lows of burnout, feeling the pressure, and questioning yourself as you climb the ranks. I'm Robert Ta - a proud Dog Dad, Inclusive Product Leader, and lifelong learner.

When I entered the R&D side of the software technology business, I started as a Senior Associate Product Manager building new features for a Finance product at Workday.

1 year later… I launched a new B2B SaaS SKU from the ground up: pitched, delivered, and sold to initial prospects, leading to over $5M ARR in the first year and eventually landing major enterprise clients such as Tesla and Walmart. This significantly drove product adoption.

2 years later… I was leading Product Architecture across multiple product lines, entrusted with steering $5-25M R&D startup and turnaround projects involving teams of 50-100+ engineers. I consistently transformed struggling teams into value and win generators, driving greater product adoption, reducing churn, and boosting renewals. I co-invented a product adoption analytics framework from a hackathon project. Workday grew in revenue by 78% from 2.4B to 4.3B after the product adoption framework was in place with a large focus on increasing upsells.

2 years after that… I founded my own startup in Crypto Gaming, achieving over $1.5M in revenue within the first 4 months by accelerating time to value and streamlining implementation processes. Navigated multiple black swans and crises.

Now.. I’m serving as Chief Product Architect @ Dayforce, working on strategic platform tooling and tech stack modernization efforts.

I’ve learned a lot on my rapid career journey (with tons of mistakes and battle scars to prove it) and am passionate about sharing my insights and strategies.

I'm here to help guide you towards clarity and success faster than you thought possible.
